Bridget Bennett has been a registered nurse since 1997. She worked at Sevier Valley Hospital as a medical surgical nurse, labor and delivery nurse, and emergency room nurse including being a part of the Life Flight Transport team.

She graduated from the University of Phoenix with a bachelor’s degree in nursing in 2007 so she could continue being manager in the labor and delivery department. In 2014 she started teaching in the nursing program at Snow College and completed her first master’s degree in nursing education also from the University of Phoenix. While working at Snow College, she earned the title of Assistant Professor and participated in teaching all nursing courses while coordinating the Lab activities.

During her time teaching, she realized she missed taking care of people, so she returned to the University of Phoenix for a second master’s degree, this time in Family Nurse Practitioner. She became Board Certified in 2023 and has been working at Mountain Utah Family Medicine since. She enjoys Family Practice, taking care of all ages, and specializing in women’s health.

Teaching is still a passion. She enjoys teaching at conferences and as a clinical instructor. Most importantly, family is her greatest passion. She is married and has six children and three grandchildren. She enjoys spending time with them, spending time outdoors, exercising, and playing piano and violin.
